An important skill to have as a humor writer is to write even when you’re not feeling 💯.
This means being able to come up with ideas when you’re feeling uninspired. And finishing a draft when the words aren’t flowing.
In this workshop, students will do writing exercises to help them generate ideas and learn techniques to finish a first draft. Instead of waiting for the perfect conditions to write, you’ll learn how to “write ugly.”
